Run by Jeff Cichocki, Easy Double Close is an arm of Best REI funding, an established hard money lender with a ten-year track record and a Triple A+ rating by the BBB.

As a real estate investor of twenty years, Jeff understands the needs of wholesalers. He has been able to develop a proprietary approach to the Double Close transaction. This way he can streamline the process in a way that makes it not only simple, but risk-free for the parties on both sides of the deal.

FAQ’s

What info do I need to supply as part of the application process?

Not a whole lot, really. After you fill out our webform, we will have a quick call with you, so you can connect with a human and ask questions. Then we will need your driver’s license, Purchase & Sale Agreements and your business entity docs. We will also need you to sign two forms--one of which you will never need to sign again (we are always trying to simplify life for you).

Do you accept resolutions to sign off on docs?

Yes we do.

Tell me the truth, is there really no underwriting?

We promise you, there is no underwriting. We won't even check your credit. We just need to know that you're selling the property for more than the cost of acquisition...obviously.

Be straight with me, you really only charge 2 points and that's it?

True story. We only charge 2 points. No application fee. No processing fee. No wire fee. No doc prep fee. No other fees. None.

Is there minimum loan amount you will fund?

There is not a minimum loan amount, but there is a minimum fee amount of $2,500 based on a loan of $125,000 loan. So smaller loans may not make financial sense.
